Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to Summit Solutions for our software products, licences, implementation, customisation, training, hosting and support services. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. No payments on this website

• summitsolutions.in does not take payments. Demo requests, enquiries and product information on the website are free of charge.
• We never ask for card, UPI or bank details through the website forms. If anyone asks for a payment in our name through the website, please do not pay and report it to us.

3. How fees are paid

• Fees are agreed in advance in a quotation, proposal, purchase order or signed agreement with the client institution.
• Fees are invoiced in Indian Rupees (INR), with applicable taxes shown on the invoice.
• Payment is made by bank transfer or another method stated on the invoice, according to the payment terms in the agreement.

4. When a refund may apply

Where a signed agreement or work order sets out refund terms, those terms apply. Where it does not:

• Duplicate or excess payments are refunded in full.
• Fees for licences already activated, work already delivered or accepted, training already conducted and support periods already used are not refundable.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] or call +91 96635 95577. Please include your organisation name, the invoice number, the payment reference and the reason for the request.

6. Review and payment of refunds

Each request is reviewed by our team against the relevant agreement and invoice, and we will let you know the outcome. Any refund approved is made to the account or payment method the original payment came from. Taxes are adjusted as required by law.
