Summit Solutions -- Healthcare Technology Partner · Last updated: 15-10-2026

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or requesting a demo.

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (also published as our Terms of Service) govern your use of summitsolutions.in and of the enquiry and demo booking features on it, operated by Summit Solutions ("Summit Solutions", "we", "us"). By using the website or submitting any form on it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our services

Summit Solutions is a healthcare technology company that builds and supports software for hospitals, medical colleges, research institutions and clinics, including custom software solutions. The website lets you learn about our products and work, request a demo and contact our team.

3. Software licences and client agreements

Nothing on this website is an offer to license, sell or supply software. Licensing, implementation, customisation, hosting, support, pricing and data processing for any product or project are governed by a separate written agreement, work order or memorandum of understanding signed with the client institution. If such an agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails for the matters it covers.

4. Product information and demos

  • Product descriptions, screenshots, statistics and case studies on the website are for general information. Features, modules and integrations may change and may vary by deployment.
  • References to regulatory or institutional requirements (for example NMC compliance) describe how our software can support those processes. They are not legal or regulatory advice, and each institution remains responsible for its own compliance.
  • Demo requests are subject to the availability of our team. A demo is provided without obligation on either side; we will contact you to confirm a date, time and format.

5. Enquiries and information you submit

  • Information you give us through the contact, demo booking or product interest forms -- name, email, phone number, organisation and message -- must be accurate. If you write on behalf of an institution, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
  • By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your enquiry and the products you have shown interest in.
  • Please do not send patient records, health information or other confidential data through the website forms. Such data should only be shared through the secure channels agreed under a client agreement.

6. Website analytics

To understand how the website is used and to keep it secure, we record page visits and button clicks together with your IP address, browser type and an anonymous visitor identifier stored in your browser. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website -- for example by submitting false or someone else's details without authority, sending spam or automated submissions, attempting to access restricted areas such as administrative or analytics pages, interfering with the site's security or availability, or copying content at scale.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, software, product names, logos and trademarks on this website belong to Summit Solutions or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal evaluation purposes; any other use needs our written permission.

Names and logos of client institutions and organisations shown on the website belong to their respective owners and are used to identify institutions we have worked with. Their display does not transfer any rights to you.

9. Third-party services and links

We rely on third-party services such as email delivery and embedded maps, and the website links to other sites such as LinkedIn and client websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, which have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Summit Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Our liability in respect of any software or services we supply is governed by the relevant client agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Contact and grievances

For questions or complaints about these terms or the website, contact Summit Solutions at [email protected] or +91 96635 95577. Registered office: Kolar, Karnataka 563101, India.
